Art holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture Engineering from University of Illinois, Chicago and has been with the firm since 1988. Art specializes in projects that require approval of the Division of the State Architect (DSA) and Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD).

His extensive educational project portfolio includes every aspect of the campus. Art's hand on approach on healthcare projects provide a valve to any team on managing OSHPD deliverables. He is dedicated to a high level of professionalism, integrity, timeliness, and responsiveness in every project and takes a proactive team approach which includes the architect, client, contractor, planning agencies, and Brooks Ransom staff.

Art is responsible for project staffing decisions for the firm's daily engineering operations, and he plays a key role at Brooks Ransom in assuring quality project services for each of our clients.
