Joseph Harrell began his career as a design engineer in 1996 at Ginosko
in Fresno. Joe's responsibilities for Ginosko included design and
coordination on industrial and manufacturing projects. Joe
attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from
California State University, Fresno. After graduation in 2005, Joe
began his structural career with Brooks Ransom Associates as a staff
engineer. Mr. Harrell brings a diverse knowledge base to his role as
an Associate with Brooks Ransom Associates. In his many years of
managing the design of various industrial and manufacturing projects,
Joe has developed a commitment and dedication to problem-free
constructible designs. Joe is also known for taking a proactive
approach to project management and project timelines.
Some of Joe's recent projects at Brooks Ransom Associates include
City of Fresno Waste Water Treatment Plant, Paramount Farms Equipment
Platform Additions and various equipment upgrades at Sunmaid.
Joe's design experience and problem solving abilities create not only
good client relations, but effective design solutions and project
management. Joe is also responsible for guiding the firm on
technology-based equipment and programs, ensuring that Brooks Ransom
Associates stays on the cutting edge of solutions.
